This role provides daily guidance and training to all staff, ensures that client services are delivered effectively, and that all performance metrics are achieved. The Productivity Manager plays a key role in managing resources, aligning projects with business needs, and driving continuous improvement across the center.<p>&nbsp;  </p><p><b>Core Responsibilities:</b>  </p><p><b>1. Operational Leadership &amp; Service Delivery</b>  </p><ul>  <li>Provide      daily guidance and training to One Stop Center staff to ensure efficient      service delivery and achievement of performance metrics.  </li><li>Oversee      the quality, consistency, and compliance of all client-facing services.  </li><li>Lead      initiatives to improve operational efficiency and staff productivity. </li></ul><p><b>2. Communication &amp; Collaboration</b>  </p><ul>  <li>Maintain      clear communication with the Project Direct regarding progress, risks,      delays, and any issues that may impact project success.  </li><li>Collaborate      effectively with internal teams, fostering a cooperative and inclusive      environment.  </li><li>Share      expertise with team members and promote professional development through      knowledge-sharing. </li></ul><p><b>3. Risk Management</b>  </p><ul>  <li>Proactively      identify risks and communicate potential impacts to stakeholders.  </li><li>Participate      in risk mitigation planning and contribute to proactive resolution      strategies. </li></ul><p><b>4. Responsible with the coordination and implementation of all TRS related activities associated with the Child Care Services (CCS) Program. Duties will include assisting the Child Care Services Program Manager with the child care program to include quality initiatives.<br></p><p><b>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</b>  </p><ul><li>Texas Rising Star Mentor Supervisor is defined as an individual meeting the definitions of a mentor.  </li><li>Serves as the liaison between employers and the SERCO-operated Workforce Career Centers and adheres to the SERCO mission.  </li><li>Texas Rising Star Mentor Supervisor is defined as an individual meeting the definitions of a mentor.  </li><li>Assists providers obtain, maintain, or achieve higher star levels of certification.  </li><li>Complete annual professional development and continuing education consistent with the CCR Texas Rising Star annual minimum training hours requirement for a Texas Rising Star–certified child care program director.  </li><li>Staff members are mandated reporters when observing serious incidents, as described in the Texas Rising Star guidelines.  </li><li>Provide mentoring and/or technical assistance to Entry-Level Child-Care Providers and Texas Rising Star providers.  </li><li>Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.  </li><li>Responsible for overseeing the caseload of Child Care Services to customers ensuring&nbsp;   </li></ul><p><b>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:</b>  </p><ol>  <li>Bachelor’s degree      from an accredited four-year college or university in early childhood      education, child development, special education, child psychology,      educational psychology, elementary education, or family consumer science  </li><li>Bachelor’s degree      from an accredited four-year college or university with at least 18 credit      hours in early childhood education, child development, special education,      child psychology, educational psychology, elementary education, or family      consumer science with at least 12 credit hours in child development  </li><li>Associate’s degree      in early childhood education, child development, special education, child      psychology, educational psychology, elementary education, or family      consumer science, and two years of suitable experience in early childhood      education as determined by the Board.  </li><li>Minimum work      experience requirements of one year of full-time early childhood classroom      experience in a child care, Early Head Start, Head Start, or      prekindergarten through third-grade school program. </li></ol><p>&nbsp;<b>DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:&nbsp;
